This is HANDS DOWN my favorite green smoothie recipe. It is so good. And so good FOR you. I had never thought about putting grapes in a smoothie before--but now I never have a green smoothie without them! Trust me and give it a shot. If you absolutely cannot stand the thought of grapes, or if you try it and don’t love it--go ahead and add the same amount of blueberries as a substitute. I always double the spinach in this recipe, too. I love getting my greens in early on in the day, and I feel like in this recipe you can’t even taste the spinach (even if you double it). So, why not? Hope you LOVE this recipe as much as I do!
1 ½ cups baby spinach
½, 3-inch diameter apple with skin
1, 7-inch banana
½ cup grapes
5 oz. fat-free, vanilla Greek yogurt (shoot for around 80 calories, 0g fat, & 12g protein) (I like to use the Kroger Lite brand. Or Oikos Triple Zero.)
Put all ingredients in blender and process until desired texture is achieved. You may need to add a couple of tablespoons of water in order to get it to blend. Eat with 20 almonds to meet calories listed in nutritional facts below.

To make this smoothie vegan, replace the greek yogurt with your favorite dairy-free yogurt or ⅓ cup of almond or soy milk.
